How it works

Enrol from LiveHeats
Competitors and their NFC tags already live in LiveHeats. Event Guardian resolves a scanned tag straight to the athlete — no second register to maintain.

Register approved adults
Admins add parents and coaches with a photo and their own tag, then link them to the children each may collect.

Confirm at handover
Staff scan the child, then the adult. A full-screen green or red verdict says whether that collection is authorised.
At the tent
Everything staff need, and nothing they have to think about.
Dual-tag confirmation
Two taps pair a competitor with the adult collecting them. The verdict is computed on the server from the register — never from anything the phone is holding.
Verified collector register
Your own database of approved adults — name, photo, club and relationship — kept separate from LiveHeats entries and editable only by admins.
Scanned-in, not-out alerts
At session close, anyone still marked in is escalated to every team routed for that sport, with a per-team acknowledgement roll-call.
Evidenced audit trail
Every handover — released, denied or overridden — is written with who scanned, who collected, when, and why. Overrides require a reason.
