Two taps confirm a collection: the child’s wristband, then the adult’s. The verdict is computed fresh from the register on the server - never from anything cached on the phone.
Live roll call & alerts
Scan competitors in and out of every session. Anyone still marked in at close is escalated automatically to whichever team you’ve routed for that sport - no one has to remember to check.

Parents and guardians sign in to see and update their own contact details - across every club their children are registered with, on one login.
Missing-child safety net
A flagged wristband becomes a trip-wire. Any scan - by staff, at roll call, or by a stranger with no app at all - raises an alert naming who to contact, without ever revealing the child’s identity to that stranger.
Automatic data retention
Every event has a wipe date, set when it’s created. Once it passes, that event’s register and handover log are permanently deleted - automatically, with no pause or override. A hard rule for children’s data, not a setting.
Multi-club, multi-event
Run one club or twenty. Each club’s data is isolated at the database level, and each event is scoped and dated on its own - nothing bleeds between clubs or lingers past when it’s needed.
A virtual band for parents
Staff wristband the child, then hand the parent a one-time code. They set up their own account and get a QR code on their phone - scanned at handover exactly like a physical band, with nothing extra to print or issue.
Granular staff permissions
Owner, admin and staff are the starting point, not the ceiling - grant or withhold exactly what one person can do, per team, right down to who can generate parent codes or acknowledge alerts.
